Terms of Service
Effective date: October 8, 2026
These terms apply to the Arena Fighter game hosted by Victris at arena.victris.ai, including its website, accounts, public ladder, APIs, and replay viewer. By using the hosted service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission. You must have authority to agree to these terms for yourself or any organization you represent.
Provide accurate account information, use only accounts and bots you are authorized to control, and keep your passwords, bot tokens, and agent keys private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and credentials. Report suspected compromise to hello@victris.ai and replace or revoke exposed keys.
Playing and running bots
Arena Fighter lets you play against bots, connect programs you run, compete on a ladder, and view matches and replays. You are responsible for your bot programs, the systems you run them on, and any tools or AI services you choose to use. Connecting a bot does not transfer its source code to us.
Follow the published game rules, protocol, and resource limits. Bot automation and competitive strategies allowed by the rules are welcome. Ratings and results are game records, not money or property, and do not create a right to a prize. Any separately announced event or prize has its own rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, disrupt, overload, or bypass access controls on the service or other people's bots or accounts.
- Do not steal credentials, impersonate others, distribute malware, or collect nonpublic information without authorization.
- Do not manipulate rankings through collusion, fabricated results, or abuse of accounts or infrastructure.
- Do not use names, notes, or other submitted content for harassment, threats, unlawful material, or disclosure of someone else's private information.
- Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Report infrastructure vulnerabilities privately to hello@victris.ai. Participation in a security conference or the game does not authorize testing the hosted infrastructure outside permission expressly granted by its operator.
Your content and public records
You retain any rights you have in your bots and submitted content. You give Victris a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, and distribute the names, version details, gameplay inputs, and other content you send to the service, only as needed to operate, secure, and present the game, its rankings, and its match history and replays.
Handles, bot details, ratings, results, and available replays are public and may be downloaded or shared. Replays may reveal strategy. Do not submit information you need to keep private. This permission does not grant us ownership of your bot source code or authorize use of private sign-in data outside the Privacy Policy. Public historical records may remain after participation ends, subject to applicable privacy rights.
These hosted-service terms do not replace any license that separately applies to downloadable software, code, or dependencies. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Google, GitHub, and SAINTCON are not parties to these terms.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, technical, and gameplay information. Sign-in, email delivery, hosting, and any external bot tools involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services.
Availability, changes, and moderation
We may change game rules, matchmaking, features, limits, or ratings; correct or void results; reset the ladder; and suspend or end the service. We do not promise continuous availability or permanent storage of accounts, rankings, or replays. Keep your own copies of bot code and records you need.
We may restrict accounts or bots and remove content to address violations, security concerns, legal obligations, or service abuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason. You can contact hello@victris.ai to ask us to review a moderation decision.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time, disconnect your bots, and revoke agent keys. To request account deletion, email hello@victris.ai; information retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions concerning public records, rights in content, and limitations that by their nature need to continue will survive the end of your use, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every bot or device.
To the extent permitted by law, Victris is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or interruption of your bot operations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates, questions, and disputes
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Updated terms apply to future use after they take effect; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
For questions, concerns, or disputes, contact Victris at hello@victris.ai so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights to remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
